Mr. Cluff has over 25 years of experience in the planning, design, project management, construction inspection and administration of stormwater and wastewater treatment collection systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities in Long Island, NYC, and throughout the northeast. Mr. Cluff’s expertise includes wastewater membrane treatment, disinfection, reuse, sludge thickening, resiliency, odor control, and facility evaluation, process control and troubleshooting. Mr. Cluff directs and manages the planning and design of wastewater projects for the firm.

Mr. Cluff is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of NY, NJ, MA, and ME.
